Basically just found out exactly how unhealthy I am. My body fat percentage is in the “risk” zone.
I spoke with a trainer today and she was very persistent that i need to change my lifestyle or it’s just going to get worse. S and I have set up a 5 day a week work out plan. 2 of those days are for “interval class” which is a class that does an interval cycle for 30 mins. I need to start monitoring my diet, but I’m scared of focusing on what I eat for fear of bad habits beginning again.
I just want to feel good again and feel like I look good again.
I’m afraid of being my mother.
